Cosmo Kramer - Pennypacker

Kramer tries to help Elaine put a clothing store out of business by posing as HE Pennypacker; wealthy American industrialist. His task is to change the price of all the clothes in the store to 99 cents by using his own pricing gun. He fails, as usual, when his pricing gun is shattered by his own stupidity.
